His undergraduate education included attending the United States Air Force Academy, and he graduated from William & Mary College in 1967. Additionally, Kenneth graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1971; during his tenure at law school, Kenneth was the Chief Justice of the Holderness Moot Court bench.

Kenneth V. Farino

Rebeca Rios is a citizen of Uruguay and France with 30 years of experience working for the United Nations in the areas of human rights, women and children’s rights. After receiving a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond, in Virginia she practiced law in the states of Virginia and New York. Thereafter, she held senior level positions with UNICEF and United Nations Development Programme. She has now returned to private practice where she specializes in immigration and general practice with Spanish-speaking clients.

Rebeca Rios

K.V. is a Partner whose primary focus is general practice, where the emphasis is on the client whose needs he can effectively meet. K.V.’s general practice includes trusts and estates, real estate law and foreclosures, business formation, and general litigation. He graduated with cum laude honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015, and received his Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012. He served as the Chief Notes and Comments Editor on the Race and Social Justice Law Review, and was a member of the Society of the Bar & Gavel.
